Ginseng chicken is a Korean National Special and is said to be very encouraging.

- 1 chicken
- 1/2 cup of pre-cooked rice
- 4 whole ginseng roots
- cup of leek (1 larger)
- 12 fruits of the cicicum of the datal

Preparation:
Stuffing:
